I’m Adam and I’m here to empower you to reach your full potential with your health and fitness goals. Whether that’s in strength, muscle gain, weight loss, or all of them at once!
With 3 years of PT experience and nutrition advice I started my own fitness journey in 2016 excelling in strength training, kickboxing, and running events. My greatest achievement was my first Muay Thai fight in 2021. Since then, I’ve challenge myself physically and mentally every year.
